Confidentiality

The client agrees to give Sarah Chalmers access to certain confidential information that relates to the affairs of the client solely for the purposes of carrying out work agreed between the client and Sarah Chalmers.

Sarah Chalmers agrees to use such information only for the purpose of the work and will hold all such information as confidential and secret.

Sarah Chalmers agrees to hold all confidential and private information in trust and confidence and agrees that the information shall be used only for the purpose intended and not for any other purpose or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances whatsoever.

No copies of the information will be made or retained unless specifically requested in writing by the client except in the normal course as described in the Terms and Conditions.
